A Dutch entrepreneur born in 1968, Hans combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, having held key positions at industry leaders such as DHL, Aramex and FedEx Logistics where he served as member of the European Board. 

Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated complex transformations, led multi-country operations, and driven innovation across logistics networks in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership, Hans has received awards for innovation, efficiency, and profitability.

As the founder of Logistics & Zo B.V., Hans now applies his expertise to support companies in the logistics and forwarding industry through interim leadership, consultancy, and strategic growth initiatives—including M&A, international expansion, and succession planning.
